Service Process

Initial consultation to confirm interest in proceeding.

Based on the doctor's request, clients undergo medical examinations, and the reports are sent to the doctor for evaluation. A video consultation (if needed) confirms eligibility for the IVF program, after which a plan for traveling to Kyrgyzstan is formulated.

Scanned copies of both parties' passports, marriage certificates, ID cards, and Hague-apostilled marriage certificates, or Hague-apostilled proof of single status and notarized letters confirming unmarried status for both parties.

The woman should travel to Kyrgyzstan 3-5 days before her menstruation begins.

Meet the doctor and sign the POA, medical contract, and other necessary documents at the notary office.

The doctor develops a stimulation plan, and ovarian stimulation begins. Egg retrieval (for the woman) or sperm collection (for the man) is performed, with clients signing required documents.

The embryologist performs fertilization and cultures the embryos for five days to the blastocyst stage, then extracts outer trophoblast cells for PGT-A screening.

Select a surrogate mother.

Clients select the most suitable embryos for transfer into the surrogate mother's uterus. Approximately 12-14 days after the transfer, an HCG blood test is conducted to confirm pregnancy, followed by an ultrasound examination about 14 days later.

During the surrogate mother's pregnancy, regular prenatal checkups are conducted. The medical translator promptly obtains the medical reports, translates them into Chinese, and sends them to the clients.

After the baby is born, assist with all procedures required for the baby's return to the home country.
