- Male age: 60 years or below
- Total sperm motility A+B ≥ 40%
- Normal morphology rate > 4%
- DFI ≤ 20%
- No chromosomal abnormalities
- Total sperm count and concentration within the standard range
- Provide complete blood count (CBC), fasting blood glucose, lipid profile, infectious disease tests, and chromosomal analysis report for further evaluation.
